Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to talk to us if you have any questions or concerns or need advice about your treatment or remote monitoring. You don’t have to wait until your next in-person appointment; you can simply call the practice if you need to.
Yes, we will still see you for appointments in the practice throughout your treatment. The Dental Monitoring system reduces the need for unnecessary visits as we can keep a close eye on your treatment progress remotely and see you in person when we need to.
When we give you your ScanBox, we take the time to show you how to use it and give you relevant advice. If you are having trouble with using the box or app correctly, please get in touch and let us know. We are happy to help, and may see you in the practice to show you how to use the system if you prefer.
It is best for your treatment progress if you can stick to your bespoke scanning schedule and make the effort to scan on time. However, if you miss a scan by a day or two, don’t panic! Scan your teeth as soon as you remember and upload in the normal way. We can then provide advice and support.
