Terms and Conditions of Booking an Appointment

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding appointment bookings and cancellations.

Regarding booking an appointment

When scheduling an appointment with us, please note that a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This is especially applicable for treatment appointments or those lasting 30 minutes or more.

This will especially be the case for treatment appointments or appointments of 30 minutes or more. For further details on what deposit you must pay for an appointment, please contact a member of our team.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 01707 321 071 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Alternatively, please email us at Office@peartreeclinic.com to detail the appointment you would like to cancel/reschedule, and we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

When you book your appointment, you hold a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients.

If you need to cancel, we ask that you call at least 48 hours (excluding weekends) in advance.

Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

In the case of a late cancellation or a missed appointment, your deposit will be used to cover the fee generated for not attending your appointment.

We understand that giving notice in cases of an emergency is not always possible, and in these situations, your late cancellation will not incur a fee.

Please bear in mind that once a missed appointment fee has been generated, no further appointments will be booked until this fee is settled.

If multiple appointments have previously been cancelled late or missed and you would like to schedule an appointment, we may request full payment upfront at the time of booking. We may also reject your request to book an appointment if you have an outstanding balance with us or have missed multiple appointments with us.
