Margarita Hajistilly

Margarita has been the dedicated Practice Manager at Peartree Dental Implant and Facial Clinic Welwyn for four years.

Starting her journey with us in June 2020, shortly after the clinic reopened following the COVID-19 pandemic, Margarita quickly became an indispensable member of our team.

Initially introduced to the role of receptionist, she has since taken on the comprehensive responsibilities of managing the practice’s operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Margarita’s meticulous and hardworking nature allows her to organise practice systems efficiently, enabling the entire team to focus on delivering first-class service to our clients.

Her ability to manage workflows and processes ensures a seamless experience for both staff and patients alike.

Although her main duties are behind-the-scenes, she frequently assists the reception team, so patients may still see her welcoming smile at the front desk.

Prior to her career in dentistry, Margarita joined the Peartree family straight out of school, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a strong work ethic.

She finds great satisfaction in collaborating with our friendly dentists and team members to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality dentistry, creating a 5-star experience for every patient.

Outside of her professional role, Margarita is a budding artist with a passion for drawing. She shares her latest masterpieces on Instagram, where she has garnered several celebrity followers.

Additionally, she enjoys reading and indulging in culinary delights. Her creative talents and dedication to excellence truly make her a special part of the Peartree team.
